NEW DELHI, Aug. 14 (AP) — The Indian Government radio reported today that freight train and an ambulance were blown up today in Eastern Assam state by mines planed by Pakistani agents.
The radio said the train, carrying food to East Pakistani refugees, struck, a mine about 10 miles from the border with East Pakistan.
An ambulance traveling on a road parallel to the train tracks also was”, blown up when it hit mines planted, by saboteurs, the radio said.
Three persons on the train were seriously injured, the report added.
