To the Editor:It is inconceivable that the cries of anguish from South Asia will keep falling on deaf ears. Eyewitnesses of the conditions of East Pakistan refugees and journalists all refer to the indifference of the global community As always it is the children who are the most vulnerable victims of catastrophe.
Funds are flowing in but they are woefully inadequate especially in the context of the growing needs in the months ahead Again we ask that each individual concerned with the suffering of children search his conscience and send whatever contribution he can spare to Pakistani Relief, UNICEF United Nations N. Y. 10017.
