KARACHI, Pakistan, Aug. 29 —Senator Charles H. Percy, Republican of Illinois, said to day that tension on the Indian Pakistani subcontinent “poses the gravest single threat to peace in Asia.” He made the statement on arriving at Dacca, the East Pakistani capital, from India on a two‐day fact‐finding mission.
