BRUSSELS, Oct. 25 (Reuters)— Prime Minister Gandhi, praising her people's restraint, said here tonight that India would do nothing to provoke war.
Addressing the Royal Institute for International Relations, she said she had been asked how she could leave home now. She answered: “Because I have full confidence in the Indian people and that they will not do anything to provoke a conflict or to increase tension.”
Her three‐day official visit began yesterday.
