KARACHI, Pakistan, Nov. 5 — Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the former Foreign Minister, left. Rawalpindi today for Peking at the head of a delegation, of military commanders and diplomats for consultations with Chinese leaders, including Premier Chou En‐lai.
A Foreign Office spokesman said that the delegation had been invited by the Chinese Government and would exchange views with the Chinese about “recent developments in the subcontinent, among other things.” He was apparently referring to the Indian‐Pakistani crisis that resulted from Pakistan's effort to crush a separatist movement in East Pakistan and the flight of millions of refugees into India.
