PEKING, Nov. 6 (Agence France‐Presse) — Premier Chou En‐lai held a second round of talks today with a Pakistani delegation headed by Zulfikar All Bhutto, special envoy of President Agha Mohammad Yahya Khan.

The discussions, which began yesterday, reportedly deal with tension on the Indian-Pakistani border.

Observers say the Pakistanis are presenting their ideas for the Chinese delegation that leaves shortly for the United Nations on how the Security Council can handle the Indian-Pakistani crisis.
