NEW DELHI, Tuesday, Nov. 23 (UPI)—India has restricted flights near her borders with Pakistan. A Government order announced late last night banned all flights within nine miles of the East and West Pakistan borders without the specific permission of the Director General of Aviation. Officials said the rule was aimed at easier identification of aircraft over border areas.
