BELGRADE, Yugoslavia, Nov. 25 (AP) —Premier Chou En‐lai of China has expressed concern over “military provocation” by India against Pakistan, the Yugoslav press agency, Tanyug, reported from Peking today.

The Peking press, while reporting an “invasion by India into East Pakistan,” has shown a notable restraint in the last few days, according to reports. Tanyug said it is believed that China, although she has friendly relations with Pakistan, desires improved relations with India and will back a peaceful settlement of the conflict.
