NEW DELHI, Nov. 27 (Reuters)—Prime Minister Gandhi flew today to Rajasthan to address troops and villagers near the border with West Pakistan.

Tomorrow she will visit border areas in the Punjab, where Indian troops have been massed on the West Pakistan border for more than a month. Later next week she is expected to visit Assam and other areas on the borders of East Pakistan.
