Heath Said to Ask Restraint By Indians and Pakistanis

LONDON, Dec. 3 (AP)—Britain urged both India and Pakistan today to show restraint in their growing conflict, informed sources said.
Prime Minister Heath was in contact through diplomatic channels with Prime Minister Indira Gandhi of India and President Agha Mohammad Yahya Khan of Pakistan.
