MECCA, Saudi Arabia, Dec. 9 (Agence France‐Presse)—The Moslem World League, an international Islamic religious organization with headquarters here, appealed to all Moslems and Moslem organizations today for a “holy war” against India.

In a statement tonight, the league called on Moslems the world over to “send men and material” to Pakistan and called attention to “India's efforts to destroy Pakistan, a bastion of Islam.”

The league comprises the Arab countries and other states with substantial Moslem populations, including India.
