PEKING, Dec. 17 (Reuters) —Envoys of the Soviet Union, six Soviet bloc countries and India walked out of a state dinner tonight when Premier Chou En‐lai bitterly attacked Moscow's support of Indian “aggression” against Pakistan.
Obviously angry, the Soviet Ambassador, Vasily S. Tolstikov, stalked out of the reception in honor of the Sudanese Vice President, Khalid Hassan Abbas, when Mr. Chou said “social imperialists” repeatedly had used the United Nations in order to obstruct a cease‐fire and support the attacks of the Indians.
Mr. Tolstikov was followed by representatives of Bulgaria, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Poland, East Germany and Mongolia.
The Indian charge d'affaires. Brajesh Mishra. and his wife walked out after Mr. Chou warned that the fall of Dacca was the starting point of endless strife on the Indian subcontinent and of “the defeat of the Indian aggressors.”
Mr. Chou made no new promise of support for Pakistan, saying only that the Chinese Government and people would as always firmly support the Pakistani Government and people.
