DACCA, East Pakistan—At least 15 university teachers have been arrested or ordered to report to martial law authorities in the last 2% weeks while students maintain a virtual boycott of universities throughout East Pakistan, sources report.
At Dacca University, 83 students out of an enrollment of 6,000 are attending classes.
