Delhi, Jan. 24.-Mr. Zafar Iqbal Rathod, a First Secretary at the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi, was today ordered to leave India within 48 hours. He was accused of involvement in a Pakistan underground organization. named Al Fatah. Al Fatah. which has no connexion with the Palestinian group of the same name, has been accused of planning to assassinate Mr. Muhammad Sadiq, the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, and some of his Cabinet colleagues.
