Karachi. May 24.- President Yahya Khan said today that within a month he will announce a plan for the transfer of power in Pakistan to elected representatives.

He told a news conference that he will not automatically disqualify all 166 of Shaikh Mujibur Rahman's followers elected to the abortive National Assembly last December. The President declined to give any information on the Shaikh's whereabouts. – U.P.I. and Reuter.
