Background: The Saldanadi area of East Pakistan, which is 80 kilometres east of Chittagong, appears to be the control of the guerrillas after what appears to be have been fierce fighting a few days ago.

Film shows damage caused by artillery fire first in and around Mandabagh railway station; the school at Saldanadi which was a Pakistan army communications centre and has been destroyed; a large Chinese-built artillery gun captured form the Pakistan army; peasants in the fields and in the villages; one or two guerrillas with guns. No sign of nearby Pakistan troops.
