Calcutta, June 17-—Mr Jainul Abedin, the Health Minister of West Bengal, said today that. There had been a fresh increase in cholera among East Pakistan refugees, with more than 100 deaths reported in the past 24 hours.

He attributed the deaths to the arrival of 65,000 refugees, many of whom were believed to be carrying the cholera germ with them.
