Delhi, Nov 14.—The master of a British cargo ship which was shelled off East Pakistan is certain that the attackers were Bangla Desh guerrillas, The Hindustan Times reported today.
The ship, the City of St Albans (6,900 tons), limped into Calcutta on Friday after being attacked by two unidentified vessels near the East Pakistan port of Chalna, where it was to pick up a cargo.
