Indians protesting U.S. arms sales to Pakistan shouted slogans as President Nixon's security adviser, Henry A. Kissinger, arrived in New Delhi for a two-day visit. Other demonstrators turned out in Bombay where Vice President Agnew stopped to refuel en route to the Mideast.
