NEW DELHI, March 6 (Reuters)—President Agha Mohammad Yahya Khan of Pakistan announced today in a speech monitored here that the first session of the new National Assembly would be held on March 25.

The assembly was elected last December to draft a constitution that would return Pakistan to civilian rule. It was scheduled to meet last Wednesday, but General Yahya postponed the meeting because of differences between political parties in East and West Pakistan.
