GAUHATI, India, March 22 (Reuters)—Dacca radio, monitored in this city north of Dacca tonight, said a compromise formula has been readied between President Yayha and Sheik Mujib to end the country's political crisis.

The radio said the formula was announced at a news con by Mr. Bhutto.
