KARACHI, Pakistan, March 24 (AP)—Leaders of five minor groups in Pakistan's National Assembly said today that President Agha Mohammad Yahya Khan and. Sheik Mujibur Rahman had reached “complete agreement” on constitutional questions that threatened a political split between East and West Pakistan.
They told newsmen at Karachi airport that President Yahya was expected to make an announcement tomorrow. The five returned today from Dacca, East Pakistan, where they had been summoned by President Yahya to meet with him and Sheik Mujib, head of East Pakistan's powerful Awami League.
“Pakistan has been saved from division and its integrity has been maintained,” said Mumtaz Daultana, president of the Council of the Moslem League.
