RAWALPINDI, India, May 17 —Pakistan today expressed her “deep appreciation” to China for the supply of two tons of powdered milk sent as relief assistance to East Pakistan. The milk was sent from Peking on a special flight Saturday and was received in Dacca, the East Pakistani capital, yesterday.
