KARACHI, May 31—The Government said today that it had decided to lift immediately censorship on all news dis patches for abroad. Censorship was imposed by President Agha Mohammad Yahya Khan on March 26 after he had ordered a military crackdown on dissidents in East Pakistan. Censor ship within the country will apparently continue.
